These are not my favorite kind of donut. But the execution (decoration) is excellent and the employees' attitude is impeccable.
Great donuts terrible customer service.
My husband walked into Duck Donuts and requested one of the Mother’s Day donuts with the rose in the middle. He was told he could not purchase just one donut with the flower, that he had to buy the whole Mother’s Day Dozen to get it. He said ok and paid for the special Mother’s Day Dozen. Upon being called over for his order, he looked at the donuts. None of them had a frosted rose in the center as pictured on the menu (the whole reason he was told he had to buy the dozen). First time ever going to a duck donuts. Didn’t know what to expect. Service was fast and friendly. I got a few donuts and a coffee. The donuts were good and hot the coffee was okay. The biggest issue I had was the coffee grinds in my coffee. Ended up throwing it away.
Cute place with exceptionally fresh and hot doughnuts and average coffee. I was impressed with the doughnuts.
