The donuts are good but the waiting is crazy. The staff is so slow and unbothered. They take their time waiting on customers and getting the orders done. I have been there 3 times and each time, they are so unbelievably slow its painful.
Went to go into store at 7:15pm and said they were closed when they don't close til 8pm according to Google very sad. Will return but please update your hours this was very frustrating since there's select locations it was a 30+ minute drive.
A delightful shop with a lovely young lady behind the counter. She explained everything and was very accommodating. However. In no universe are these donuts worth $17.95 a half dozen. Flavourless donuts glopped with hot syrups-i wouldn't have minded the cost if there was anything special about them, but there wasn't.A swing and a miss.
These donuts are FRESHLY made, hot ! This company has a large variety to choose from! The staff are young and work hard!
Very sad that I didn't get to order. They're open at 7 but not a single person comes in before opening to prep for the day. I got there about 10 minutes after 7 and was told that it would be 45 minutes to get my order because they hadn't even started to make the dough for the donuts yet.
