Awful catering experience — AVOID!! I had a terrible experience picking up catering for a company event from the Herndon Duck Donuts. I ordered several days ahead of time at set the pick-up time for 7AM. I arrived at 7 and the store had not started preparing any part of my order. I waited until about 7:45 and left with less than one-third of what I had paid for. I asked the manager for a refund and he said because I paid online that he would not do that. Donut was basically a sugar bomb, small, greasy, with way too much frosting. Not my style, but the younger folks who crowd the joint seem to love it. To each their own, I won’t be back.
