My god, I've never had such good donuts in my life. Genuinely. I wish Duck Donuts was back home in Wisconsin but at the same time I think I would go into debt from how much I'd get them!!!
The review speaks for Herndon location only as we had great experience with the franchise in the past. Their online ordering system is a complete mess. The store is disorganized and the staffs were not accommodating for errors they made in the first place. We will avoid this store in future. Update: the store refused to refund for an order they never processed should speak for itself for the integrity of the owner. We will dispute with our credit card company instead of dealing with this nonsense.
