Pulled into work had a tire going flat, called duck creek spoke with Anthony. Anthony worked with me got my car repaired. Went in to pay the bill and Anthony spoke to me by my name. Duck creek tire will always get my business due to Anthony and his professionalism!
When buying tires at some other stores, a buyer is left up to their own devices or "encouraged" to buy whatever is giving the best sales bonus that month. I've never felt like this is the case at Duck Creek Tire.
They treat you like family at Duck Creek Tire and Service that is why I always go back!
Every time I've brought my van in I have had great service....
I brought my car in on Wednesday for a 12 o'clock oil change. Came back at 4 and the car hadn't even moved. My wife took it in the next day for a 2 o'clock oil change. After waiting for an hour and a half she asked what was taking so long because she had to get back to work. They were busy typing up all the estimates for the issues on the car. For example the bad battery that is less then a month old or the faulty headlights that were not faulty. She said email the issues to my husband. I've never got the email. They are cro... read more
Thanks Duck Creek Tire for your good service and friendly staff. We were here from the other side of the state & got a flat and needed a new tire. Your staff was very friendly, informative and the extra touch of being dog friendly was a plus as well since we had our two month old GS puppy with us and it was nice that we could have her wait with us without feeling like it was a nuisance. Great waiting area for my kids to play & watch tv. Thanks again for your service today!
Excellent! Did exactly what I needed taken care of on my vehicle without giving me the run around or try to sell me extra stuff I don't need. I will be bringing my vehicle back when I need work done. Thanks for doing a great job!!!
