If I could them a zero I would. I went there for a builder gel fullset, told the young lady before starting to please be very careful and not cut me as Im currently undergoing treatment for cancer. She dismissed everything I said and just did whatever she wanted to do, I maintained my composure and tried to guide her to what I wanted done. She had such nasty dismissive attitude and disregarded everything. Gave me the thickest and ugliest gel set I have ever had. Please don’t ignore reviews ! Asked for simple square acrylic nails with some line designs. I got charged an extra five dollars due to wanting SQUARE NAILS?! I left with a crooked nail and streaky nail paint and all nails different shapes. Not worth $80 that they charged. Please ask them if they can actually do what you’re asking for before sitting down.
If you love surprise colors, mystery results, and zero help picking a polish—even when you show them a picture and exact color and brand name—this is your spot. If you’re picky or want your nails to actually match what you ask for? Don’t bother. For $55, I got a streaky, totally off-color pedi and no accountability.
They do their best to take walk ins but ultimately lose track of time and who is helping who. I went in to get a gel manicure removal - it took close to an hour with two different salon techs. I walked out with soft nails that are chipping, flaking, and breaking off thanks to too much time in acetone. It will take weeks and months to grow out the damage caused by this salon.
I've been coming here for a few years and today was the worst 10 minute pedicure. He just did not care. I sat down last of 3 people and was finished first....go figure!
