Do not waste your time. I went here for a basic gel manicure with extensions. The woman kept being very rough with my hands (hurt me twice and on the third time, she was buffing so hard the machine fell out of her hand). The nail polish was very POORLY done and when I asked for extra coats, she looked frustrated. I asked her to fix things (very nicely) but she had such a poor attitude and could tell she wasn’t even trying. The paint on these nails turned out horrible and the nails weren’t even well filed. I love this place. I visit each time I visit Newburgh, NY. Mani, Pedi, Chair. Massage & Eyebrows all in one place. 2nd visit 3 Jul 2024 I had 4 services. Excellent care. Always recommend.*** 3rd visit on my birthday 10/19. Very satisfied. Beautiful pedi and mani.
Absolutely not. Went to get fills, the person doing my daughter’s nails did not understand any English. She told him she wanted fills, and he kept saying “soak off”. My daughter was clear….NO. Just fills. She gets to his chair and he cut her nails down to nothing, because he still wanted to “soak off”. We asked for help from one of the workers who could translate, she explained not to soak them off. He proceeded to start soaking them off. I had a terrible experience at the nail salon. The nail technician prepped my nails but then refused to finish the job. I had to wait 20 minutes for another technician to come back to the salon. When I asked if anyone else could do my nails, they said no. They suggested I get a pedicure while waiting for the technician to return, so I agreed. However, when I sat down for the pedicure, the water in the station was overflowing and spilled all over my sneakers. I ended up not getting a pedicure and decided to just have my nails... read more
