Hotdogs!!!! There is nothing quiet like a Duchess hotdog with extra bacon!!! I think that for a fast food restaurant you can always chose something good from the menu. The prices are great too!
Fresh Fast Food We go here for the chicken sandwiches. Eat in or take out, the food is always good. Prices comparable to any other fast food place. It's always clean and the staff is very friendly.
Clean I have come to find that Duchess is rather clean compared to the other competing fast-food restaurants. The burgers are pretty good and don't taste greasy.
Why Go Anywhere Else? Duchess on Bridgeport Ave. in Shelton is a really good meal for a really good price. The chili dogs and onion rings are my favorite but everything I have ever had is good. Parking can be an issue, especially when the lunch crowd starts to hit the drive thru but it is worth it!
Good for fast food I've always found Duchess to be a good choice for fast food. Then menu offers more options than other fast food chains and the food seems more freshly cooked.

Food I think this place is good. The service is excellent-if you go in the drive through, a worker will bring out the food for you and if you eat inside a worker will also bring the food to where you sit. The food is alittle expensiver than other fast food places, but the food is delicious. I would recommend this place.
