I had a very disappointing experience with this dealership. I called for a quote and provided my VIN. I was told the repair would require 4–6 hours of labour because they would have to "take the car apart." Later, I found out that Ford's own labour guide estimates the job at 0.8 hours. I was able to verify this directly through Ford's labour system, so being quoted several times the standard labour estimate left me feeling like I was being misled and absolutely taken advantage of.
