The customer service I received at this Ducharme Ford dealership was second to none. I felt listened to and was timely served.
Quick lane advertises that it is open to 6pm. Showed up at 4:45pm and they didn't have any techs still working. Call ahead so you don't waste your time.
I called around 10:30 am and got in the same day.
Best service I have ever had, hands down. This is a priceless addition. Plus, it truly seems like fords rarely need service. At least that's my experience. I'm just bringing it in for oil and tires. Can Ducharme's fix the problem whereas tires wear out every year? I feel like this is the company that could.
Worst service department possible. Stay away from them and if you are local don’t buy a Ford it’s not worth dealing with these guys. They say service sells cars so they should be bankrupt by now.
