I hired Mr. Duce for a parenting plan matter, and to say I was disappointed is an understatement. His fees are unethical and outrageous. DO NOT HIRE THIS ATTORNEY. This guy is garbage. You should keep clicking and fine a real lawyer. I hired him to help me with getting some real estate that my ex husband tried to keep, as well as increasing child support. He refused to meet me and had his paralegal do everything. He came to court and I was sitting in the courtroom and he walked right by me. He did no work on my case. Brian did a Will for me recently. It was extremely easy. He gave me a flat for it, had me fill out some information paperwork for him, and then when i came in to meet with him he already had the Will typed up and ready to discuss it with me and make sure it was how i wanted it. He was also very friendly. Compared to over Attorneys iv worked with I liked him a lot.
