I was on a trip around Lake Huron (from Ohio) and experienced issues with my Multistrada up in Chapleau Ontario. I not only met and got help from the kindest folks up at 101 Gas, but specifically Roy (not a Ducati dealership guy) vanned my bike down to Ducati Toronto. And Ducati Toronto took me in first thing Monday morning and helped me get on my way. I am just at a loss for words. Kudos to people who help.
Is this even a true Ducati location? There's no one there in sales. No desk or person even from service. No one returns your calls. Do you even work on motorcycle here? I'd be very scared to bring my 40K bike to a clown show.
Josephine is just the best, she instills so much confidence. I have no concerns leaving my bike with Duc Toronto for service. Don't hesitate.
I received subpar service from Ducati Toronto at their new Vaughan location. I visited to try on some Ducati riding gear, including a jacket and boots. I spoke to Josh, and informed him that GP Bikes was offering a 15% discount. He suggested I speak to the Parts Department. I spoke to Josephine Huang, who informed me that nothing could be done since I had already placed the order online. Overall, the staff was unhelpful.
I ordered a diecast replica of a MotoGP motorcycle from this store online. I got the order conf. but never got any tracing or anything else. They said It would be delivered in 4-5 business days. When it did not show I tried to call but could not because I am in the US. I tried to email from their web site but could not because it said I needed to list the part number which I did not buy a moto part. I did live chat with them an they could not find my order number.
