Dusan and Aidan were so helpful place super clean and bikes to see and feel sit and test.. bought a a v2s.
I recently called into Ducati Alexandria to have a look at a few bikes , I got talking Dusan who was very helpful and showed me a few of the bikes , I ended up buying the Ducati street fighter v2 that day and could not be happier with the purchase ,beautiful bike to drive and had the bike within a few days .Overall Dusan and his team were great to deal with and will 100% go back here for future purchases
Highly disappointed in the downward trend this dealership is going. I was all about it at first but it’s issue after issue again with this place. And people talk and there are not one ducati owner I know has anything good to say about this place anymore. It’s all “avoid at all costs” and I see that now. It all started last year when I brought my bike in for a service and within a few days of it getting done it was leaking coolant. I brought it in and they said they would sort it out.
