I recently purchased a new Ducati from Richfield and was really impressed by the experience. The team was super friendly and helpful - I worked with Deanna, Harley and the GM Rob over the course of a few visits. I was blown away by the way small issues were handled - If I had a question they didn't know the answer to, they called the Ducati rep on the spot. When I noticed some minor damage days AFTER the purchase was complete, they took care of it no questions asked. Highly recommend Richfield.
