Great buying experience.
I had been looking for a motorbike as I had been riding scooters for years and wanted something special. I love the Ducati brand and so after a look around various sites and YouTube videos I contacted Ducati-Triumph in Manhattan. I spoke to a very cool guy called Bizzy and he said come on in and we’ll get you hooked up. The Worst Dealership in NYC! I’m writing this review over thirty days after this incident. This is my experience. I purchased a, Thruxton in August 2014 from Ducati Triumph/ Mototainment LLC. I took my bike in for its first scheduled 600 mile maintenance. Since, my previous cycle was stolen I installed the SpotTrace on the bike, and set it to track every 2.5 min. Probably the worst dealership I've ever worked with It is with the best will in the world that I tell you that Ducati NYC have no business running a dealership. Every time, without exception, that I've taken my bike to them, it has taken an inordinate amount of time to get it back - sometimes even for just an examination. We're talking weeks, not days.
