The staff was very helpful. Answered all my questions.
I was able to get my battery charged. It requires a special charger. I’m pretty sure you guys are aware of that. I don’t know why you had such a big problem with it once I charged it amazingly it held the charge and that optima battery is working if someone’s down by me, they can pick up the old one. I’m pretty positive you guys don’t want me there if you want your guys shop battery back I should keep it, But if it could help out someone else, please let them get it my apologies for blasting you guys. They stole parts off my bike and tried to tell me they were bad I just put in that brand new optimum battery it worked fine when it left here my house and when it never heard anything a year later they tell me it’s bad I think someone just wanted an optima battery don’t trust these people overcharge I actually had to tell him what to do to fix My own bike not trustworthy not reliable watch them very close can’t believe they stole parts off my bike how unprofessional and they didn’t even charge me for the replacement battery ... read more
