My experience was quite the exception from the rest. A few years ago my dad and I walked in here looking to buy gold bullion to diversify our asset. We were brand new to gold buying so did not know all the ins and outs. The owner was the salesperson that day, he smelled blood in the water and went on pushy sale tactics; spoke to us in demeaning and condescending tone, only short answers to our questions without helpful details.
