Ordered new CHI garage doors from Dubuqueland Door Co. Throughout the process, I worked with Chad and he was very knowledgeable about his products and helped guide us in the right direction. This place has a big storage unit behind that you can rent monthly at a reasonable price.
Broke a torsion spring yesterday 1/18. Called this morning,1/19 at 7a.m. They asked if they could get in today. I said sure and asked what time they would be here. After a brief hold, the gentleman came back and said it would be 8-8:30. The technician, Alex, called at 8:11 and said that he would be here in 15 minutes. Arrived like clockwork.
