Many things were missed in the inspection that we found out after the fact. Feels like this inspector was not really there for the buyer and sided with the sellers to just get the home sold so things were purposely left out. Inspection was scheduled at a certain time and when we showed up 15 mins earlier than the agreed upon time, the inspector was already done with the inspection! Do not recommend this service provider

Jim did my home inspection and he was very thorough with every room in the home that I was buying. He walked me through the whole home and answered all my questions that I had. He pointed out a few things that needed to be repaired. He also explained the mechanical equipment. His report was very detailed with pictures and I had a couple questions after I got his report and called and he responded very quickly to help answer. I would definitely recommend this company for any home inspections!!
