Took my broke fireplace glass insert over to get the glass replaced. The head shop guy was extremely rude and I could hear him swearing about the fireplace insert when he saw the glass insert on the counter. He went on and on about how long this would take him to replace and how expensive it would be. Very arrogant behavior. He pretty much told me he didn’t want to do the job. They were at our house when they said they'd be there and replaced the glass in six windows, that the gas escaped from. No more ovals of condensation on the glass! ♡ dry windows, that I can see out of! The price was right, too! We saved thousands of dollars compared to replacing the entire window.
