Went to this eye clinic since it is where I purchased my last pair of glasses. Waited 20 minutes as the only person in the waiting room; with at least 5 employees seen on site; and then waited 25 minutes in the exam room. Decided to leave after wasting 1.5 hours driving there, and in the waiting room. When I left (still no one in the waiting room) the only offer was to reschedule with another OD. No explanation, no apologies that he was busy or at lunch or anything. I guess they did not need my business.
