Simple fresh ingredients, authentic and delicious. The atmosphere is also aesthetically pleasing. The biggest deal breaker for me when it comes to a Korean restaurant is watery or kimchi that is too new… The kimchi here was exceptional. Definitely in my top 3!
Really enjoyed our experience at Dubu Gongbang! The handmade tofu was fresh, silky, and delicious, and the soon dubu was flavorful and comforting. The seafood pancake and grilled dishes were also very good. The restaurant is clean, modern, and has a nice atmosphere, with friendly and efficient service. Definitely a great place for authentic Korean food—especially if you love tofu and spicy soups. Highly recommend!
今天來這間韓式料理用餐，整體的體驗非常棒，絕對會再回訪！ 餐點部分： 我點了一個套餐（含豆腐湯和 LA 牛仔骨）並加點了海鮮煎餅。 牡蠣辣豆腐湯：味道極佳，豆腐軟嫩入味。最棒的是搭配的紫米飯，煮得粒粒分明又保有軟綿的口感，拿來配湯吃真的超滿足！ LA 牛仔骨：份量足夠一個人吃非常足夠。 海鮮煎餅：外層煎得焦脆，內裡則保持鬆軟的口感，裡面的海鮮、蔥很豐富！而且服務生還會貼心地幫忙用剪刀剪成好入口的大小（像披薩那樣），真的很加分！ 服務與環境： 一入座就提供好喝的熱玉米鬚茶，我很喜歡這個！ 服務生非常勤快，一看到小菜空了就會主動詢問並補上，服務態度也非常即時到位。 用餐環境寬敞明亮且舒適乾淨，整體氛圍很好。
