Inexperienced – The stylist that I had for my haircut was not helpful at all. I wanted to update my haircut but still keep its length because it grew out. She didn't know what to do and offered no suggestions for a cut. She insisted that I can style my hair as is with product instead of cutting it. She didn't seem knowledgable about "young" cuts. She was too methodical in measuring my layers. I don't think I'll be going there anymore.
Great salon! – I received a horrible haircut a week ago at another salon in the area. Dubois is fairly close and I'd heard they were good so I called them in tears and asked for someone who was really good at fixing bad haircuts. I got in quickly to one of their senior staff because of the circumstances and couldn't be happier. I showed her what a mess I had and asked if it was fixable.
