I’ve never felt heard or seen by any mental health professional until coming here. Dr. Dubois is such an amazing doctor. He’s patient, he listens and he sometimes asks brief questions along the way without derailing my train of thought. He takes my concerns seriously, he never once made me feel scared to open up or like I was giving up too much information that would be weaponized against me later. I appreciate his wisdom, guidance, and support through some difficult family transitions. His receptionist is very kind and helpful always too. We are grateful for them.
Dr. Dubois is great.....unfortunately, I am knocking off stars because the young woman at the front desk is SO INCREDIBLY RUDE and Dr. Dubois knows how rude she is and he has kept her hired for years. She probably is his niece or mistress. Anyway, that girl is the reason why I would NOT recommend anyone go there because when it comes to more than a hi and bye you need from her....she has horrible people skills.
Dr. DuBois performing EMDR therapy on me changed my entire life. No more flashbacks, no more night terrors, no more sleep paralysis, no more fits of rage or anxiety stemming from PTSD paranoia. Dr. DuBois gave me my life back.
