Thanks to Jake, Jason, Dick and all the staff at DuBois HD. My front valve stem let go and you guys had me on my way in just an hour. You're old-fashioned hometown friendliness was much appreciated. So far my BMW hasn't rejected your HD valve stem!!!!!
My chain broke on my 84 FXR on my way back to Canada. Mick and his family came in on labour day to take a chain off one of their bikes so I could make it back. I can't tell you how much I appreciated their generousity. Overall a great dealership with great staff and awesome bikes!
This review should have been written 9 months ago. My husband stopped in to see if they had a specific Christmas ornament. Margie in motorclothes remembered him by name and took the time to find the ornament that I was collecting. We never had that offer from our closest dealer.
