I ordered expensive an garage door that was installed pretty quickly. The problem was that it came scratched. The replacement door was also scratched, but I was assured it would be replaced. That was years ago, and Ryan has efficiently lost or ignored my numerous emails over this period. My experience with Dubois County garage door in 2018 was great and resolved my door issues, but second time start in March 2019 and a Got a run around for 5 to 6 months stating they ordered my part, but when calling back they gave me a run around and went on for 6-months. So I moved my Business to another supplier. My garage door issues are behind me now.
