Engaged them to perform a fairly straight forward project to determine the correct entity structure for a upcoming growth initiative that accounts for tax consequences of the existing business, minimization of liability, and ease of manageability. We had a phone conversation in May of this year and the partner accepted the assignment at the partner's standard rate.
