Rent is extremely expensive. The apartments aren’t very spacious or aesthetically appealing other than the new kitchen appliances (the buildings are older which can be expected). When we moved in, there were roaches and it took management a week to respond after multiple calls. Some families who live here aren’t very mindful of other residents and noise levels. I've lived here for a few years now, and it progressively gets worse each year. The rent is very expensive for what you get - basically no amenities, a cheap dog park, trash that is filled and no recycling bin because the tenants couldn't understand one was trash and one was strictly recycling. I have recurring maintenance issues that never fully get fixed (shower knobs leaking and they won't give a new one). I've had mold in one of my air conditions caked on so thick that I got sick from it. The list goes on and on. It is n... read more

Living at Dublin Village was an up and down experience. While we loved the area and walking to the Station on weekends, the apartment was expensive for what it was. The trash was always overfilling in the parking lot, and we had kids in the complex peer into our windows and knock on our doors trying to be funny. We had a similar experience with move out charges like prior posts. The best part about this place was our ability to break our lease if we bought a house through their program. Quiet, well managed community. Maintenance is super responsive. Renting is def easy at Berger!
