I requested what GM stated as a hardware reset. It was dismissed as my USB drive was not formatted for the vehicle. According to the creator of the USB they meet GM requirements. The hardware reset was not completed, the fuses were not changed. If they were it was not annotated. I still have issues with OnStar turn by turn. Respectfully.
