Great customer service! Great maintenance of my vehicle too!
Took vehicle in because of some issues I had with it. Talked with service person also showed her one of the issues. She said it would be taken care of. It wasn’t !! There was no follow up until I called the service department back myself asking for update. Then I was told she forgot to call me and tell me my vehicle was ready. I asked about what I showed the other representative who did the intake of my vehicle. Then the staff told me she forgot to ask her manager.
