I moved to Dublin Station by Windsor apartments in 2022. This place exceeded all my expectations, very happy to live here!
It is a good place to stay, friendly and helpful management/ staff including maintenance. This place is convenient and walking distance to BART, shops, Whole Foods and other stores, and restaurants. But, the apartment needs improvement on the cleanliness— sometimes hard to breathe in elevator and exits stair ways are stinks. Dogs’ pee in elevator not being clean until dried. This apartment is not what it seems. Windsor seems desperate to fill units, accepting tenants without proper background checks, employment, or income verification. So you will see noisy neighbors, dirty common areas, and unpleasant smells in the elevators. To make matters worse, the management is unresponsive and unhelpful when issues are reported. After living here for a few years, I’m very disappointed. There are many better options in the area—don’t make the same mistake I did.
The apartment complex is conveniently located near the Demarcus Blvd BART station. The building is painted with vibrant colors and is surrounded by green areas and pathways. There is onsite parking for tenants.
I enjoy how prompt maintenance and management is with all my concerns and needs. The managers Tamara and Simone are absolutely freaking amazing! Could not ask for better management.
