Fire alarms are constantly going off and a problem, you will eventually become desensitized to them because of how often it happens. Most people don't even bother evacuating because of how common it is, so they might as well not exist. Something is always broken here, for a while it was the elevators and the front door. Some homeless were coming inside so they finally fixed the door. Today while I edit this post the water is off for like the 10th time this year. No water from 8 am to 5 pm.
