Xiana was really professional and helpful. Gave us a tour which was nice. Place is clean and peaceful. Apartment we looked at was nice and clean. Just a little small for what we needed. Definitely liked it though.
I previously reported a significant ant infestation in my apartment over two weeks ago, but I have not received any follow-up or resolution yet. The problem still persists, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to manage on my own. Could you please let me know if there is still a pest control team assigned to the property? If so, I would appreciate it if a treatment could be scheduled as soon as possible.
I moved to Dublin Station by Windsor apartments in 2022. This place exceeded all my expectations, very happy to live here!
It is a good place to stay, friendly and helpful management/ staff including maintenance. This place is convenient and walking distance to BART, shops, Whole Foods and other stores, and restaurants. But, the apartment needs improvement on the cleanliness— sometimes hard to breathe in elevator and exits stair ways are stinks. Dogs’ pee in elevator not being clean until dried.
