We’ve lived here for about two months now, and while things started off okay, the experience has gone downhill pretty quickly. There were several unexpected fees that were never clearly explained, and the management team has been extremely difficult to reach. We were told email was the fastest way to get in touch, but we’ve waited weeks without any response. Phone calls weren’t any better.
