Fire alarms are constantly going off and a problem, you will eventually become desensitized to them because of how often it happens. Most people don't even bother evacuating because of how common it is, so they might as well not exist. Something is always broken here, for a while it was the elevators and the front door. Every few days the fire alarm is set off to keep the rent low, somehow it keeps increasing though?
Overall great experience, the team is super responsive and helpful. I had several issues with heating when I first moved in, but they were prompt in fixing it. They even gave us a space heater for the time being since it was the beginning of December. The community is clean and well-maintained. Community rooms are super nice. Overall no complaints, aside from a 2-month notice period + 1 month fee to break the lease.
I paid a huge sum to transfer into a new unit because the first one was uncomfortable, and the second has been absolutely uninhabitable, to the point where I'm now sleeping in my car every day. In the first unit, the floors were paper thin and my upstairs neighbor kept waking me up. There was almost no natural light because a tree blocked the view.
