Overall the service is good
I am very happy with the service I received. However, my only complaint is the amount of text messages I receive regarding appointments.
I think I met just about everyone while I was there...but I did the oral sedation so I don't remember much.
I loved my visit to your office! The staff was excellent and very welcoming. I received top shelf dental care and without judgement. I will definitely be sending my friends and family to your office!
The Dental Hygienist that I had was very polite and thorough in the cleaning. That being said, when she started the initial cleaning, it seems like she was hitting every nerve. It was probably the only time I've really experienced pain and discomfort during a cleaning. I would prefer having the hygienist that has cleaned my teeth in past cleanings to clean my teeth for future cleanings so I do not have to go through that again. Thank you.
My family enjoys going to her office.
Please pull out the aroma enhancers in the office. The smell is overwhelming and it really bothers me when I visit. Eventually this would make me change dentists...it is just too strong.
Very impressed. I'm really not a fan of going to the dentist, but this office and staff makes the experience as comfortable as possible. They are quick and efficient and extremely knowledgeable aabout ahta they do. It shows!
My tech was fantastic! She was efficient, thorough and friendly.
