I'm sure for other people this will be a good time, but I was unfortunately told the wrong price over the phone, then again at the dealership. It's a tiring experience, so make sure you're willing to argue, and have things in writing. Showing up and the car costing almost $2.5k more than you were told over the phone doesn't feel good, and having a sales rep say "Well you should be happy, I'm already doing such a good job for you. We don't have enough money to do what I said we'd do" doesn't inspire confidence as well. I als... read more

I recently purchased my first EV from Dublin Nissan, and I honestly couldn’t be happier with the experience! After having some pretty terrible car-buying experiences in the past, this was a refreshing change and easily one of the smoothest, most pleasant vehicle purchases I’ve ever had. The sales and finance teams were fantastic from start to finish. Strongly recommend Dublin Nissan and the sales associate Omar. I bought a used 2024 Jeep wrangler 4xe. The vehicle came with full maintenance history, clean Carfax, personal lease return, and all the desired qualities. In addition, the dealership replaced all 4 tires, wipers, all filters and fluid, completed all the recalls, detailed inside out, and so on. The price was up front and the transaction was very easy and fast. It was the easiest vehicle purchase experience. Strongly recommend.

This dealership was absolutely great to work with! I would give them 6 stars on response time if I could. I was out of the area and they provided me with quick live video of the car I was interested in and a fast easy quote with loan rates over the phone. I had to fly in to pick up the car and they even offered to pick me up from the airport which made things extremely easy for me. Everyone was very nice to work with and I would highly recommend buying a car from them.

Came in both last week to get my Truck serviced and checked out here. Originally didnt know what to expect from friends and family telling me it would be to expensive to go to a dealership for this. Proven wrong very wonderfully. On-site staff, particularly Zachary Derrick, we're especially helpful. Acted professional and kind to servicing my vehicle and explaining what was done and answered questions efficiently. Auto-service crews kept my vehicle clean and even better then before. The whole experience under one simple and ... read more
