I am beyond furious with Dublin Nissan and their service department. This dealership is completely untrustworthy and I regret ever purchasing a vehicle from here. My car has been in their shop since Tuesday. It is now Friday. I have received zero proactive communication. Every time I call, it is another excuse, another contradiction, another lie. I dropped off my 2025 Nissan Ariya Evolve Plus at Nissan Dublin on Tuesday at 10:00 a.m. for warranty-related diagnostics. From the moment the vehicle was left in your service department, communication was virtually nonexistent.
