Went in to check out a Frontier Pro-4x and was greeted with amazing customer service from Billy. He was incredibly accommodating and respectful/helpful throughout the entire process.
EDIT: I was forced to give the original 5 star review because the employee was there staring at me pressuring me to. I regretted it. Sam and Henry were very helpful. The only complaint we have is that the wait is kinda long. But the employees there are pretty friendly!
I have been going to Dublin Nissan for close to the past year, and I've been in many times, for many different reasons. I can tell you that I am very happy with this location. If they can't fix your car within the day, they offer a rental, which sometimes is free of charge. They also have a shuttle service which means you aren't stuck waiting at the shop, though: be mindful to ask for a ride back by 1-2pm. my 2019 Leaf has some issue with the EV battery. i requested a EV battery health check and they said i need to fix my car first. EV battery health test should be done by a battery diagnostic tool, not based on how my car's overall condition. Will not recommend this service department to ANYONE! NISSAN claims that it would cover the EV Battery's health for 8 years... i guess that is some FICTION.... or just MYTH...
