Never in my life have I had such a pleasant car shopping experience. I was expecting the regular hassle of buying a car- you go in basically prepared for war, ready to use your mental jujitsu in combat to fight and negotiate a realistic price. Saw a truck I was interested in. I contacted dealer and within minutes Sam Alqaisi replied. I asked for under carriage pictures and videos and within 15 minutes he had it on a lift and sent me videos. Sent me additional pictures and videos of window functions operating, engine, driving, etc. Sent me carfax, vehicle inspection and written offer. *AVOID THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!* I'm still trying to process the utter disrespect and unprofessionalism I experienced with the sales manager and sales team. Great team and excellent service. Francisco, my service advisor always there as soon as I needed. Eugine, the mechanic, this guy is excellent and thorough every time works on my diesel truck. Highly recommend this place !!
