I just recently purchased a car from Dublin Nissan and I am highly dissatisfied with my experience. I was only provided with 1 key for my vehicle and that key barely worked, was dirty and looked as if someone had been chewing on it. When I asked for a replacement key I was denied due to them loosing so much money by selling me the car. This is what I was told. Recently purchased a Lexus es300h ultra lux from John, Phil and Phillip. Was an amazing experience especially given that was a remote buyer from Seattle. Well done Dublin Nissan and extra thanks to John for the great service at every step
bait and switch! They advertisement was most likely illegal under California laws. The car was not available at the price, and they wanted to force add on's. Found a better car at a better price at a Madza dealer across the Bay. Now I remember why car shopping can be awful!
Amazing shop. I just got a beautiful 2023 Hyundai Kona from them, and they really made sure to help me out in every way. I had Carmen assisting me and she is really wonderful, and made me feel a lot more at ease about buying my first car. We had a few hoops to jump through just because of my job and where I live, but they helped to find a way around it very swiftly. Wonderful team and shop overall!
Went in to check out a Frontier Pro-4x and was greeted with amazing customer service from Billy. He was incredibly accommodating and respectful/helpful throughout the entire process.
