If I could give a company 0 stars I would. DO NOT; I REPEAT DO NOT DO ANY KIND OF BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE. Walter is beyond a rude person. I called to retrieve my items from my previous car. And he has the car in a holding lot and plan to take my things to his house. That is theft. I have not been notified of repossession they just took the car. Not good at contacting customer about any issues. Instead they disable your account and make it to where you can't make a payment. And then you have to call them and figure out why. And if you can't get in touch with them you are at risk of being stranded because the car will not start.
Can I put a half star? This place is terrible
