I've purchased many cars over the years (different brands) and I'm happy with my new Kia, however as a public service, consider avoiding this specific Kia dealership. I went to this place on a recent weekend, met with the salesman (seemingly nice guy), was told that I could get a military veteran's discount if I supplied the necessary paperwork (DD214) and thus I went ahead and purchased the car. Had a great experience here. All the staff was polite and friendly. Our salesperson Bass Fakhri was very helpful, polite and took his time with all our questions and queries.
Tony Sameyee was great to work with, clearly explained all steps of the process and made sure we were comfortable in our purchase and comfortable in our vehicle. He was very helpful, kind, and we appreciated the transparency throughout the process. Thank you Tony!
Extremely disappointing experience. My wife was quoted $500 for a basic oil change, which is outrageous and feels like a scam. The staff were rude, dismissive, and unprofessional throughout the entire interaction. It’s unacceptable for a dealership to treat customers this way — especially when trying to take advantage of them. We will never return and strongly recommend others take their business elsewhere.
NEVER BUY A KIA 0/5 Kia left my car rotting at the local service lot for a total of 8 months, waiting on a back-ordered battery covered by my warranty. Why did this take so long? In part, because Kia corporate initially ordered THE INCORRECT PART for my vehicle, which then had to wait for a second battery to be shipped. I was lied to and told the part was simply "bad."
