There is absolutely no communication between the recall/service department and the after-hours pickup team. I visited this location twice for a recall, and both times I left without the issue being fixed. On my second visit, I dropped off my car and they kept it without even checking whether the recall parts had arrived. Today I went in for an oil change, and the service team recommended that I get the 60,000-mile service done. I agreed to it. After about four hours, when I received my vehicle, I noticed that they did not replace the air filter as part of the service. Additionally, the protective board underneath the car was ripped out instead of being properly reinstalled with the screws and nuts.
The dealership has great customer service. I highly recommend Alex and Nav to help you out. They did exactly what they said they would do. This is the best car buying experience I have ever had.
