The worst ever! My car is still there to be checked and fixed, this is the second day trying to get updates no one called even if I call they don’t have answer for any update, now I’m without a car, don’t even help me to get rental car!

We never even thought about buying a Kia but what a nice vehicle and reasonably priced. The service at the dealership was exceptional. when we came back the next day to get the car they had it cleaned with a sold sign and a bow on top.

I just had the Best experience ever purchasing a car. Me and my husband promised my daughter a vehicle when she graduated medical school the search started really rocky and disappointing when we arrived at the Concord location the stock was very limited and the sales rep had some knowledge but I think he could have known more. I only scheduled a full service after confirming three days prior that the recall parts were in. It was important to me to do everything in one day, since multiple trips are difficult with kids and work. At the end of the day, after the service was “done,” I was told the parts weren’t available and the recalls couldn’t be completed.
