The owner of this dealership should fire his managers. There’s no communication nothing but being put on hold had my car there’s several days not one update. Not able to get an update because I go to call centers where they don’t understand what I’m saying

Talked to a sales rep over text and phone. Told him where I needed my payment to be, he called back and asked for more money down and said he could make it happen. I drove an hour and half only to have the closer try to sell me a bunch of add ons and a payment almost double what we agreed on! This place looks great from the street but is your typical sleazy sales lot that will tell you whatever you need to hear to get you in the door! So pissed! Shady. List online for a price and will not honor it. Send you to Cadillac next store and same thing there. Low listing to get more views, basically false advertising and should be prosecuted by CA consumer protection laws. I think we might have a lawsuit here anti theft. Lol. More like anti trust. List your cars for the sell price! Don't send your customers next store for another sales person to take the heat. AMIR. I recommend no one ever buy anything from this SHADY dealership!
