Unprofessional and disrespectful The owner, Luann Albert was unprofessional, verbally abusive, publicly humiliating, and showed signs of racial stereotyping after she made a mistake by using the wrong kind of shampoo and shampoo method on a sew-in hair weave which was in good shape before she touched it (day-before picture prove this). A quality salon that cares! Luann does a phenomenal job of cutting and coloring my hair. My hair is thick and difficult to style, plus, I color it red with blonde highlights. Red is the hardest color to get right, and she nails it every time. I've been a client for many years. One of the best things about Luann, is that she really works to get me in on the date I requested, even with just a few days notice. I've sworn off the big salons.
