Great staff, they were able to work with me to get the car i wanted at a reasonable price, with full bumper to bumper warranty.
If you're deciding between Genesis of Dublin and Richmond, I'd choose Dublin and Adil Khan all day long. The entire process was incredibly efficient: I contacted Adil by email around 9 AM, we settled on the numbers through a few texts and phone calls, and I signed the paperwork electronically by 3 PM the same day. I contacted this dealership to purchase a new 2025 GV80 3.5 Prestige vehicle. I spoke with one of their salespeople who asked me to send pictures of my trade-in. I did this and expected a call back. This never happened. We were ghosted. Very poor service and a lost sale for this dealership. We had significant poor service from three Genesis dealerships. Fortunately we found Genesis of Corona.
