Accommodated me with a loaner car and valeted my car to me. Great service! I used to work for Lexus and they are known for there service, but I think Dublin Genesis exceeded. And they are far better than Livermore Jaguar. A great experience Overall.
Update Oct 2025: Our GV60 lease is coming to an end in 6 days and the service department has had the car for a week due to a water leak. We've been waiting to hear back from Charlie to confirm if the damage is covered by warranty. This is something we need to know to make the lease end decision. We've called multiple times where the person answering is saying that he's at his desk and transfers us but he doesn't pick up. They do the job right and picked up and dropped off my car. They completed the job on time and even fixed a tire. Washed my car as well! What’s not to like!
