Extremely Disappointed with Service at Genesis of Dublin I brought my GV80 in for warranty work back in June, and while the service was supposedly completed, my Genesis app still shows the issue unresolved. Since then, I’ve made multiple attempts to follow up and get answers, with no success. I have called on July 1, 10, 25, August 1, and August 4. No one has returned my calls. I left a voicemail for the service manager on 8/1 and again for the service director on 8/4 at 2 PM, and was told I’d receive a call by 7 PM. No one ... read more
