Light-hearted, so it wasn't intimidating, but I learned everything, and I had a lot of opportunities to ask questions.
This is my second class to renew my certificate. Professional and personable. The presentation and interactions were wonderful.
I realized I needed to recertify my healthcare BLS at the last minute and was in and out of there within 24 hours. Quick and easy to sign up, quick and easy to get through the class. The instructor was friendly, competent and efficient. We got out about an hour early. Pricing seemed average compared to other options.
