The carpet quality was good, but the service didn’t meet our expectations. Lack of communication after down payment, we had to reach out couple times for updates on delivery and installation. During installation, the new white carpet was cut on the asphalt street, and the crew wore shoes on it, tracking in debris. While safety is important, shoe covers could have protected the carpet. Additionally, the cleanup was rushed, leaving debris behind. Attention to these details would have made for a much better experience.
I wish I could give 10 stars! I’m so glad I found this place. Owners are so generous. Dede goes above and beyond to help even when the problem occurred with another flooring company. They have a customer for life!
Extremely nice family run business with a lot of samples in their showroom. Prices are posted as well so there's no repetitive asking for info. I would have purchased here just for the service alone but was able to save an additional 10% by shopping around.
