We purchased a vehicle on February 2, 2019 and have yet to receive our title paperwork after NUMEROUS phone calls and emails requesting said paperwork. We checked with the CA DMV on 4/11/2019 and they haven’t even filed the paperwork!!!! Once they have your money, they could care less about you!
excellent service dept. Mike keeps on top of the work being done, and notifies me of all work in progress. Shuttle drivers are quick to pickup, and deliver me back to car.
