I worked with Nathan and he was friendly, professional and communicated clearly; however, I was not happy with the service. The reason I was not happy is because I had booked the appointment under the impression from the GMC website that a "first time customer" could receive one free oil change and tire rotation. I was told at the dealership that that was only for customers who purchase a brand new vehicle. No where on the website did it state that. This review is strictly for the Service Department, primarily the Service Manager, Harry Wormwood (If you've seen the movie Matilda, you know what I'm talkin about) . That man tried to rip me all the way off. First off, I drive a 2013 Yukon that I bought less than a year ago. I broke down near this dealership and thought that I might as well take it here since I drive a GMC. My vehicle supposedly ended up needing new lifters and valves.
