Service advisor Todd C and Tech Frank P worked magic for our family getting my Yukon’s first oil service completed. They were very efficient and accommodated a very limited time frame I had on short notice. Excellent work and very nice people to work with. I hope they are appreciated by management for providing superior service!
My girlfriend’s 1st car buying experience was supposed to be stressfree and easy. For the most part it was. We came in with a preapproval, and plans to do everything through her credit union. When we got to the finance process, we were repeatedly pushed to do things through Chase (who this dealership must partner with), and we repeatedly told them we were fine with doing things through our credit union (which had a way better rate). Alan understood my concerns straight away and documented them clearly on the repair order. Alan gave me sound advice regarding routine maintenance prior to an upcoming road trip in our new Yukon. I was then promptly provided a courtesy shuttle home. As promised, I received a phone call when the service was completed. He also cheerfully helped me learn more about side mirror controls with which I was unfamiliar.
