Integrity issues--Steer clear! – I had taken my sister’s Dodge Intrepid to Dublin Auto over a year ago for suspension work. I thought it was a little overpriced at the time, but they seem to be transparent with the costs and honest about what REALLY had to be fixed. A few months ago I took my 2003 Honda Pilot in for a tune-up. Again, the cost seemed a little high (compared to other service stations), but I was happy with the honesty and transparency. Since I had come to trust Dublin’s work (mistake), I took my Pilot back in ... read more

Avoid -- Owner is a jerk. – Avoid this place at all costs. The owner is one of the most mean, rude people I have ever encountered. I was a customer of his, and had taken both our vehicles there a few times for minor repairs. Well, one Saturday I went to drop off some used oil after doing my own oil change. (This is a service that every shop I've encountered in the past is OK with). Well, after dropping off the oil, the owner literally came out and started yelling and screaming at me. He cussed me out with more anger than I c... read more

Go here if you hate your own money – This is the first review I've EVER written. I've never felt compelled enough to speak out for or against something in the past. That's definitely changed. I've used Dublin Auto care for oil changes in the past. Hard to screw up an oil change. Having some major repair (brakes and a check engine light), I thought I would get a proposal from them as well. For the brakes, and the brakes alone (just the front), the quoted me over $1,300!! They explained that this pricing was because they had t... read more

Avoid, avoid, avoid! – I went to Dublin Auto for an oil change. The next time, I took it to a different place, and the manager informed me that whoever had done my last oil change had put in an oversized plug and stripped the threads out. I went round and round with Dublin Auto and they severely denied wrongdoing, even though Dublin Auto's manager claimed that their mechanic had knowingly screwed a 5/8 inch drain plug with cutting threads into a 14mm hole, that this was an "oversight" on their part, and that they would have ... read more

Wonderful customer service and capable, honest workers! – I "stumbled upon" Dublin Auto Care when I moved to Colorado Springs in 2003. I have never left them. They have dealt with me honestly, serviced my car in an expeditious manner, and charged appropriately for the work performed. Each of the service persons/owners has treated me with the utmost respect and each has also, always "gone the extra mile". Try them -- you'll like them!
