In response to Mr. Fortier’s reply to my previous post - you did not make “every reasonable attempt” to work with me, that is my complaint. You ignored emails, you dodged phone calls, and would not provide a contract for the work which, to be clear, you were not providing free of charge, for anyone who may have misunderstood your response. If you’re considering a project with this company be warned, while the design may be pretty and you may be initially satisfied with your investment they do not stand behind their work. This picture is part of my retaining wall built by Signature (formerly Dube’s) with the work overseen by now owner Marc Fortier. WORST renovation project we've ever experienced. Signature Landscapes Designed by Dube's did our backyard patio renovation this past spring/summer/fall of 2022. Mr. Dube was quick to sell to us in the beginning, then impossible to contact after that. We were told it'd take a few weeks to do the project; it took 6 months and countless hours of our own time designing, planning, project-managing, and chasing down answers.
