I called Dube Appliance Service because our 10-year old SubZero fridge was giving us continuous error codes. I told Mark Dube the error codes, and he knew them by heart. He said I could fix the problem myself for free and even gave me step by step instructions on how to reset the display. I really appreciate his honesty and will be sure to call him for service if I ever do need a house call!
