I'm sorry, but I must explain what happened. We were on a lengthy road trip with Dubbo our first stop (coming from Melbourne). Some 100 or so clicks from Dubbo, the car (VW T-Cross) started playing up, spluttering at times. We pulled up, had a good look around and found a warning light relating to the PCM/BCM was "proudly" lit up. Exceptional service from Jason Wallace at Dubbo VW/ Dubbo Automotive. Very happy with my decision to buy a Tiguan from here despite being based in Sydney. We were totally unimpressed with the help shown us from the service department. We had engine trouble, on our way from Queensland to Geelong to catch the prebooked Spirit of Tasmania. The office girl said that we couldn't even speak to a mechanic until November we were told. So don't buy a VW, as you won't find any help from dealerships after you buy one, we are finding this everywhere. UNIMPRESSED!
