Idiots cant evem figure out their alarm system. Once a month, they let it blast the entire neighborhood. I feel extremely sorry for patients that would have it worse. Management get your shit together.
Booked for 11:45am and didn't get procedure done until nearly 3. Had to fast since midnight so absolutely starving by 3. Procedure went well and anaesthesiology were lovely, but still didn't get offered any food. Asked for something and only sandwiches available. No hot food as I "missed dinner". No cafeteria or vending machines. But rough if you're only light and feel sick hungry and faint if you don't eat. Bring snacks if you're getting anything done. Staff were great during procedure
I would like to give a huge thank you to all the staff all the way from day surgery reception to admission, theatre staff, recovery, ward staff, nurses, students, catering and rehabilitation. My first ever admission to hospital since I was born. You made my recent 2 week stay pleasant and welcoming and answered my million questions and queries professionally. Out of two options in town, I can’t say any family member has had a bad experience at the private hospital. It’s just a pity they don’t have an emergency department.
