The chairs are very uncomfortable, especially considering the wait times are often between 1 and 2 hours. After about 20–30 minutes, they’re difficult to sit on, which makes the long wait even more uncomfortable. More comfortable seating would make a big difference to the overall patient experience, especially for families and patients who spend a lot of time waiting for appointments.
