Dubbo MG is doing fraud on there warranties telling customers that buy brand new MGS to take them to other mechanics and if you do that you lose your warranty so what a scam at the end of the day that you pay thousands of dollars for an extended warranty and they don't want to do the service as a Dubbo
Worst possible service!Cath in the parts absolute waste of time.DO NOT GO there if you want anything go to orange MG.
Went to every car yard in Dubbo and MG had the best range of cars for price and value. Great staff excellent service.

For a fault in a car that is putting lives at danger, a 3 week wait to get it looked at/ assessed is ridiculous. I understand the business is busy, but shouldn’t a fault in a car putting lives at danger be prioritized?? Staff didn’t really care too much or make any effort to try and fit the car in any sooner. Poor after sales service. Staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly / understanding.
