For a fault in a car that is putting lives at danger, a 3 week wait to get it looked at/ assessed is ridiculous. I understand the business is busy, but shouldn’t a fault in a car putting lives at danger be prioritized?? Staff didn’t really care too much or make any effort to try and fit the car in any sooner. Poor after sales service. Staff weren’t overly helpful or friendly / understanding.
WOULD NOT BUY FROM HERE....Purchased new car and a few days later noticed paint defects on bonnet and a couple of other minor issues. Made them aware of my concerns regarding the paint and was told the marks would buff out. They had my car for a day to buff the marks out only to get car back home and marks still there. They wanted my car a second time to buff again. They refused to admit that the marks were bigger then buffing could fix and when I requested something more be done they said that no further rectifications will... read more
Great staff very friendly can't fault them in that regard. HOWEVER, the process of how they go about car services etc leave a lot to be desired. My car had been recalled to get a small fuse replaced, I was second to arrive that day at 8am and I was told my car would be ready by 12.30pm ( it was needing a small fuse replaced for petes sake a 10 minute or less job it wasn't like they were doing a full car service) I was told they would take me down to the shops in the courtesy car, a decision I highly regret now.
