They lied about the quote, they already owed me $100 from a previous repair by going to NRMA and making them preferred repairer but didn't receive on previous repair, gave me a quote of $1,900 then mentioned the $100 owing making it $1,800. Then on pick up the daughter said the quote was $2,000 so they stole the $100 owing. Then on pick-up the vehicle was filthy covered in dust and run marks. Terribly disappointing. People should never lie, but this is twice in a row.
I strongly do not recommend Dubbo City Smash Mechanical , this is especially to foreigners~ Since my car was hit, I contacted this store and they told me that they could arrange repairs immediately, but when my car insurance claim number came out, they said I had to wait a month before it could be repaired. During this period, I discovered that there was a problem with my air conditioner. Their customer service said that I might need to add gas. She needed to ask a car mechanic before she could tell me.
