Absolute legends. Was tossing up between a few brands for my first bike in a few years and landed on KTM. I spoke with Alex who was all over everything and ended up settling on a 350. Unreal service, very knowledgeable staff and great value. Since getting the bike I've had a thousand questions and the lads have been more than happy to help out. Really appreciate it fellas, cheers!
cannot recommend Alex and the team enough, he is an awesome guy with excellent customer service skills. Alex went above and beyond for me with the whole process of purchasing my KTM!! 5 stars is not enough for this dealership.
Just brought a new bike from the shop. Commination from Alex was perfect. The guys moved very quickly and had my order ready ahead of time. The hand over was great Alex took extra time to go over the bike features and offered some handy tips on usage. Could not fault the service spot on.
