Absolutely the worst patient care experience. I visited the Emergency Department around 10 PM due to illness. The nurse promptly took my observations and noted I had a high fever. I was given fever medication and then, after about an hour, had a chest X-ray done. Another hour later, a blood test was taken. Since then, I've been waiting just to see a doctor. Operating like a publicly traded company, the emergency room functions purely on a commercial basis, devoid of the professionalism and compassion that medical staff ought to embody.
Went to the emergency department for a traumatic issue and heard the doctors joke about my situation outside the curtain. Good thing I had everything recorded and am drafting my email to AHPRA.
Been waiting 3 hours for stitches haven't been so much as looked at by staff
Disgusting service ever felt in my whole life,more than 2hrs waiting time seriously just to check up with the doctor, asked staff for the waiting period time and got reply die to more patients, if so why they don't operate this service in other day also why only Friday, patients will more suffer due to waiting time...Never ever visit again...
