Dubas Refrigeration did a amazing job installing my new air conditioner after my old one went out. They showed up quickly after my AC quit, The technician was friendly, fast , and professional. I would definitely recommend Dubas to anyone needing reliable quality service.
I was told Thursday afternoon they could come out Friday. I was told Friday morning they would be here Friday afternoon. I was told Friday afternoon they would be here by the end of the day. I was told Friday at 5:30 they would be out first thing Saturday between 8:30 and 9:00. I was told at 10:00 am Saturday someone would be here in an hour and a half. Went with someone else. If you can't get a job done, be transparent about it. Don't waste two days of someone's time.
Shout out to Scott. A quick job for him saved us from a miserable, hot weekend, and a spoiled family reunion. Thanks Dubas.
