I had such a great experience at this store! The service was absolutely amazing — the staff were so friendly, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I found what I needed. Everything was well-organized, clean, and easy to navigate. You can really tell they take pride in their customer service, and it made my shopping experience smooth and enjoyable. A week ago, I called to see if they open on Sundays. The man who answered the phone was very Dry and bland. All he said was Dubai Jewelry in a harsh rude tone. When I askedif they open on Sundays, he just said No...thats it. How rude and how unprofessional. When you answer the phone, you should speak in a very pleasant and cheerful way. Rude, impatient, arrogant, and condescending. Go somewhere where they don’t try to judge a book by its cover. Very low selection.
